Jennifer hails from Wisconsin and has a background in graphic design and photography. She worked for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) as Art Director in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Production Coordinator for the 1986 BGEA International Conference for Itinerant Evangelists in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. While living in Amsterdam, she met and married her husband, Remco.
When Jennifer was 21 years old, God told her that when she was ready, “He was going to use her Ugly Duckling story.” It took an additional 26 years, an unbeknownst to her, God was preparing her for the call to start and lead True Identity Ministries. He gave her a deep passion for others to understand how much God loves them, know His Word of truth, deepen their relationship with Him, and experience how to be set free in their true identity to be all He designed and desires for them to be!
Jennifer has over 40 years of experience in ministry which has included; organizing and leading retreats and events, as well as teaching and speaking nationally and internationally, leading Bible study groups and small groups, marriage ministry with her husband, and serving as the Women’s Ministry Director at her church in California, before moving to Georgia in 2007 and founding True Identity Ministries in 2008.
Jennifer and Remco currently live the Nairobi area of Kenya giving leadership to ministry partners and expanding training with pastors, ministry leaders, and chaplains throughout Kenya and East Africa. They are also helping younger generations fully embrace and walk freely in their true identity and God’s purpose for their lives!
We currently meet via Zoom and Remco Brommet usually leads our prayer time starting with a brief devotional/thought to help focus our prayer time.. We pray for current events, TI ministry, and deepening our own personal walk with the Lord.
